Remote Solutions Africa required a robust, scalable platform to manage their expanding Employer of Record (EOR) operations across the African continent. The project involved building both a high-converting corporate website and a complex internal management application.
Built the digital infrastructure for Remote Solutions Africa, including a full-scale Employer of Record (EOR) web application that manages payroll, recruitment, and employee data across 40+ African countries.
Managing payroll, tax compliance, and employee records across multiple jurisdictions in Africa is manually intensive and prone to error. The client needed a system that could automate these processes while maintaining strict data security and regulatory compliance.
We engineered a custom HRMS and Payroll engine that handles multi-currency calculations, automated document generation for recruitment, and a centralized dashboard for employee data management. The system was built with a modular architecture to easily plug in new country-specific compliance rules.
